As a five-time competitive bodybuilding champion and National Bikini Champion of Canada, Petra understands the sacrifices moms make to raise well-adjusted humans in this wild world. As a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and pre- and post-natal corrective core specialist, she empowers women to become the best version of themselves, whatever their starting point.
Balancing her life as a mother of two young children and a supportive wife to a professional football coach, Petra knows firsthand the challenges of finding time and energy for fitness & wellness. Her personal fitness journey revealed that much of the common advice given by trainers is often ineffective and even harmful, particularly towards women in their childbearing years. This realization compelled her to create effective, time-efficient workout programs
specially for women and new moms.
Her programs focus on deep inner core healing and enhancing functional fitness, while allowing fitness to fit into busy schedules. Petra’s workouts maximize results without requiring hours at the gym, allowing moms to reclaim their health and joyfulness efficiently and mindfully.

How long are these workouts?
Short, sweet & SPICY!!!
I'm a mom, and I don't have HOURS to spend working out, even though I would love that lol!
I have combine my knowledge, education and experience and have carefully curated and programmed workouts to be short but incredibly effective and efficient.
Some workouts are on the shorter side - about 10 minutes and some are on the longer side - about 25-30 minutes, with most workouts being right in the middle - 15-20 minutes long!
What kind of equipment is needed?
I specialize in home-based workouts, so we don't need that much equipment to get a SOLID burn at home!
I would recommend having a pair of dumbbells at the very least, a few different dumbbells would be even better!
You will want to have a good resistance band on hand, as well. A glute loop and a long band would be amazing to keep in our home gym. They are lightweight, very affordbable and can truly enhance your home workout experience! They are also incredibly easy to travel with, so you can stay active on vacation as well!
What is included with my membership?

There will be new workouts added weekly to keep things fresh and exciting and keep your body challenged. If you don't wish to have a membership, you can buy each workout for $10.
